What this means

We understand scale. We’ve worked within organisations where complexity isn’t theoretical — it’s daily operational reality. Large employee bases, high-volume processes, distributed teams, and cross-border requirements aren’t scenarios we’ve read about. They’re environments where we’ve designed and implemented solutions.

Process Health Assessment

Something is slowing your organisation down. Find out what.

A focused assessment of one defined process area, cross-functional workflow or operational issue. We combine interviews, document review and analysis to identify where work gets stuck, where decisions are delayed, and what should be addressed first.

Scope

One end-to-end process or one handover between up to three teams. Includes up to 6 interviews and a focused review of relevant process and governance documentation.

What we examine

Process: how work flows, where bottlenecks occur, and where the process breaks down.
Decision & governance: how accountability, decision rights and governance structures affect execution.
Information & systems: how data, information flow and systems support or hinder day-to-day work.

Process & Governance Design

You know what needs to change. Now design how.

A standalone design engagement for organisations that need a clear and workable future state. We establish the current state in detail and design how processes, roles, decisions, information and measurement should work.

The engagement can be delivered independently, without first completing a Process Health Assessment.

Scope

One defined process area or governance question covering up to 3 core processes. Additional core processes can be added as a fixed-price extension of NOK 60,000 per process. The engagement requires a named project owner and timely access to relevant participants and documents.

What it is not

Not an implementation project or software introduction. The deliverable provides a documented design and decision basis for subsequent implementation.

Payment 40% / 30% / 30%

Payment is due within 14 days. 40% at start, 30% at midpoint and 30% upon acceptance.

Advisory Retainer

When you need experienced thinking, not another project.

An advisory retainer for situations where another project is not needed, but experienced perspectives can improve decision-making.

The goal is not to make your team dependent on us. The goal is for the team to become increasingly able to make decisions independently.

Typical use

Sparring when you need to challenge a decision, review a plan or proposal, or prepare a workshop. Sparring takes place through booked meetings. There is no on-call or standby service.

Answer and proposed appointment within 2 working days
Unused hours roll over for one month only, then expire

Additional hours can be agreed in advance at NOK 2,200 per hour, subject to availability. The retainer does not include ongoing solution delivery or operational execution.

Purpose

Experienced decision sparring that helps the team increasingly handle questions and decisions independently.

Additional hours NOK 2,200 / hour

Minimum term 3 months

Payment Monthly in advance · 14 days

After the minimum term, the agreement can be cancelled monthly with 30 days’ notice to month-end.
